Holdbrook Pediatric Dental Scholarship 2019
Calling all High School SENIORS graduating in 2019!
You have the opportunity to win a $500.00 Scholarship!
*Eligible seniors must be a current patient of Holdbrook Pediatric Dental, LLC & submit a paper of 1-2 pages in length, any genre on "How Does Smiling Effect Those Around You?" Entries must be original work!
We will be accepting 20 entries and giving away 5 scholarships.
Deadline: Wednesday, May 1, 2019
$500 College Scholarship Criteria
- Must be a graduating senior who is applying to college
- Must be a current or previous patient of Dr. Holdbrook
- Must write a paper, one to two pages, any genre, on “How Does Smiling Effect Those Around You?” CREATIVITY RULES!
- Entries must be original work, accompanied by a contest cover sheet which is completed and signed by both the applicant and parent.
- DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME ON YOUR ESSAY! You will be disqualified if you do so. Your cover sheet will identify the essay as yours.
